Total360 Vehicle Reconditioning Center (“Total360VRC,” “we,” “us”) provides vehicle reconditioning and appearance services, which may include but are not limited to detailing, paintless dent repair, odor and stain removal, headlight restoration, window tinting, and related automotive services (“Services”).

All Services are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service. Results may vary depending on vehicle age, materials, prior damage, wear, or pre-existing conditions. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, dents, or defects.

By authorizing Services, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have permission from the owner to approve work.

2. Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person and are subject to availability. Appointment times are estimates and may change due to vehicle condition, service complexity, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, rescheduling, or cancellation at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe vehicle conditions, excessive contamination, or inappropriate customer conduct.

3. Payments

Payment is due in full upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We accept approved forms of payment as posted or communicated at the time of booking. Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected Services and may change if additional work is required or requested.

Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. No refunds are provided once Services have begun or been completed.

4. Communications and Opt-In
